How long does it take to develop a new product?
By utilizing unique 3D printing and polymer composite technology, we can shorten the development cycle of new products to as little as 1 month.
What is the standard lead time?
Generally, it takes 25-35 days after receiving the deposit. We manage four complete processes: body manufacturing, painting, welding, and assembly to ensure timely delivery.
What are the terms of payment?
T/T 30% as a deposit, and 70% before delivery. Other payment terms can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
What is the warranty period?
We offer a 1-year warranty for the entire vehicle and a 5-year warranty for the lithium battery. Extensions are available upon request.
How do you ensure product quality before delivery?
We conduct 100% testing before delivery. We use automotive-grade components and a full life-cycle quality management system to ensure excellent performance and durability.
