Q2: How long does it take to develop a new product?
Utilizing unique 3D printing and polymer composite material technology, we have successfully shortened the development cycle of new products to as little as 1 month.
Q3: How are the vehicles packed for shipping?
Generally, we pack goods in containers using reinforced iron frames. We can also accommodate special packaging requirements upon request.
Q4: What is the warranty term?
We offer a 1-year warranty for the whole vehicle and a 5-year warranty for lithium batteries. Warranty periods can be extended based on specific needs.
Q5: What are your terms of payment?
Our standard terms are T/T 30% as a deposit and 70% before delivery. Other payment terms can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Q6: What is the lead time for orders?
Generally, delivery takes 25-35 days after receiving the deposit. We manage four complete manufacturing processes—body manufacturing, painting, welding, and assembly—to ensure timely delivery.
