Yes, our batteries can be delivered both by sea and air. We have full documentation including MSDS and test reports for safe transport as non-dangerous products.
What is the recommended charging method?
Standard constant voltage charging is recommended. Fast charging is generally not advised as it can be harmful to the long-term health of the battery.
How long is the typical delivery time?
Stock products typically ship within 7 days. Production orders for 20ft containers generally take around 30 days.
Why does the battery have different capacities at different hour rates?
Capacity is dynamic and depends on the discharge current. A lower discharge current (e.g., 20-hr rate) allows the battery to deliver more total Ah than a high discharge current (e.g., 2-hr rate).
How should the battery be maintained during storage?
VRLA batteries should not be stored for more than 6 months at 25°C without recharging. In hotter environments, we recommend recharging every 3 months.
