Do you have any MOQ limit?
Yes, we have MOQ for mass production which depends on the model numbers. Sample orders (50-500pcs) are typically available for quality checking.
Is it possible to customize the logo on the product?
Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design based on our initial samples.
What certifications are available for the products?
Our products meet several standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, CE, UL, and IEC 61427 test reports.
Why does the battery show different capacities at different hour rates?
Battery capacity is dynamic and depends on the discharge current. A lower discharge rate (like a 20-hr rate) allows the battery to deliver more total Ah compared to a high-current discharge (like a 2-hr rate).
How about the delivery time?
Generally, it takes about 7 days for stock items, 20 days for half-container orders, and approximately 30 days for 20ft full container products.
