1. What should I do before assembling the battery pack?
DIY battery cells must be balanced (same voltage) before assembly. It is critical to ensure professionals detect voltage, resistance, and appearance before use.
2. Are the batteries tested before shipping?
Yes, we perform rigorous tests: Capacity Test (over nominal capacity), Voltage deviation less than 0.01V, and Resistance deviation less than 0.05mΩ.
3. Do the batteries include accessories?
Yes, each cell comes with one busbar and two bolts or studs for free. Please contact us if you require special or additional hardware.
4. What is the return policy?
Batteries can only be returned if unused (electrodes intact, no welding, no wear). Buyers are responsible for shipping fees on returns. Once arrival is tested within 15 days, the battery is considered accepted.
5. What situations void the warranty or refund?
Damage caused by assembly errors (wrong wiring, no BMS protection), battery bulging due to overcharging, or modified electrodes/welding will not be accepted for return or refund.
6. How are shipping damages handled?
Please provide photos or videos immediately. If the cargo is lost or damaged beyond safe use, we will communicate options for resending or refunding the product cost.
